What we do

WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE

MISSION & VISION

Humanistic Foundation Incorporated is a non-profit organization established in March, 1993. We currently operate three facilities and have the capacity to serve 20 dependent and non-minor dependent males, starting at age 11 and going up to age 21, in a structured and therapeutic environment. Our program offers individualized treatment tailored to each resident’s needs.

The purpose of our highly structured, experiential program is to reunify youths with their families, and to provide them with strategies and cognitive tools that are needed to be successful moving forward in life. In order to do so, we provide mental health and rehabilitation services in addition to substance use counseling, mentorship, and guidance.

It is the philosophy of Humanistic Foundation Incorporated that every human being has the inherent right to enhance their development and maximize their achievement of self-determination and autonomy in the least restrictive, most humanistic environment available to them.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, nurturing, supportive and structured environment for minors. A place where they can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and life skills.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to meet the needs of the residents of our facilities by facilitating diverse experiences and developing and executing individual treatment plans.

PURPOSE

The purpose of our program is to reunify the minors with their families, and to provide them with the strategies and tools that are needed to be successful moving forward in life.
